By accessing, browsing or using this website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to all of the terms of this Privacy Policy, as outlined below and as it may be modified by us from time to time without prior notice. Collection of Information

The information we collect depends upon your relationship with us and what you do when visiting our website. We collect information through our website on visitors and actual and potential employees, employee family members, customers, vendors, contractors, and others who have or are seeking a relationship with Kimball. For visitors to our website, we may require you to provide specific information about yourself when you engage in certain activities. Such information will generally include your name, User ID, phone number, e-mail address, mailing and/or billing address, and credit card related information. Although it is optional for you to disclose the requested information, you must do so in order to engage in certain activities on our website or maintain a relationship with us. To conduct business and comply with government regulations (employment, tax, insurance, etc,) we may collect additional personal information, particularly on potential and actual employees, such as government identification numbers (ex. social security numbers, tax payer ID's, drivers license, etc.), date of birth, gender, race, ethnicity, health and disability information, family-related information (ex. marital status, personal and health-related information on family members, etc.), trade union information, and any other necessary information. If you send information to Kimball you explicitly consent to storage, destruction, processing, disclosure, and/or any other use of your information by Kimball or its third party service providers.

We may also acquire certain information about you from a "cookie" and from your IP/Internet address. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your web browser on your computer's hard drive and allow us to serve you faster and with better quality. Updating your personal information.

Parents and children

Children (persons under age 18) are not eligible to use our services.

EU/USA Safe Harbor

Personal information from the European Union and/or on EU citizens may be collected by us and may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Kimball or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using Kimball.com, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country. Kimball abides by the privacy principles of the Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union. If you believe your privacy may have been violated based on the principles set forth in the Safe Harbor framework, please contact us at Privacy@Kimball.com and provide a description of the possible violation. Kimball will investigate and attempt to resolve any such possible violation. If you do not find the proposed solution satisfactory, Kimball will resolve the dispute under the enforcement principle of the Safe Harbor framework through the American Arbitration Association, our selected third-party dispute mechanism, or the EU Data Protection Agency for EU human resource data.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to change, supplement, or amend this notice at any time; in such case, this will be notified through our website and/or any other methods permitted by applicable law.

Notice

All notices required or permitted under this Privacy Policy shall be in writing, shall reference this Privacy Policy and shall be deemed given upon receipt when sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid or commercial overnight carrier, with written verification of receipt.
