JASPER, Ind. – June 19, 2007 – The Office Furniture Dealers Alliance (OFDA) recently
presented Kimball Office with its prestigious Dealer Choice Award for Management.
"We're very honored and proud to receive this award," said Dan Miller, President,
Furniture, and Executive Vice President, Kimball International. "Recognition for
excellence in management is especially meaningful to us because it acknowledges
our success at building important relationships with our dealers, and affirms that
they see a consistent strategy and reliable execution from Kimball Office."
Dealer Choice Awards are determined by the results of the Association's "OFDA Dealer
Manufacturer Satisfaction Index Survey," sent to a diverse cross-section of dealers
throughout North America. The survey asked dealers to evaluate up to four of their
manufacturer business partners in six key categories: training, product lines, service
and support, sales and marketing, management, and technology.
"Receiving a Dealers' Choice Award indicates an outstanding performance and a commitment
to the dealer channel across the entire service and product offering spectrum," said Bob
Kelly, OFDA Chairman and President of Office Environments of New England, Boston, MA.
The OFDA is the leading industry information resource for office furniture dealers
